It is not possible to completely remove past orders from most e-commerce apps, but you can archive them. There are a few reasons why you might want to erase your Amazon account. Perhaps you made a one-time purchase that you don’t want your children to see when they use your account, or you want to keep a birthday present a secret.

To begin, fire up your internet browser.: Step one is to launch Google Chrome, and then navigate to Amazon.com.with your mobile device. Inadequate network speed will cause significant delays when launching the app.

Click the “Desktop Site” option in the fourth step.When you select the menu option with the three dots, a screen similar to this one will pop up. Please select “Desktop site” to access this page in a desktop-friendly format. You can achieve a desktop-like experience by using this.

- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking “forget password” or by generating an One-Time Password (OTP).
- Next, as can be seen in the image, a menu of sorts appears in the top left corner. Three lines or dots appear to be present on the left side of the screen.
