A previous order will remain in your record even if you request its removal. An Amazon purchase cannot be deleted from your account at this time. You can also “archive” an order, which will hide it from your regular order history.
Even after you archive an order, Amazon will keep it in their system (linked to your account), and you can access it through the “Archived Orders” section of the desktop website.
